Cancellation Window

Clients can cancel their booking within 2 hours of payment for a full 100% refund.

Once the recording process or scriptwriting has started (after 2 hours), no refunds will be provided as the resources are already deployed.

If we fail to deliver the watermark preview within the promised 24-hour timeline due to internal issues, a full refund can be requested.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
